Why businesses choose phone.systems™
Start with one seat
A phone system for every team — shared numbers, departments, schedules and apps — from one seat at $9.99 per month.
Routing you can change yourself
Visual call flows define how calls move through schedules, menus, queues and fallbacks — and changes apply in real time.
Analytics are already there
Call history and call and agent statistics are included with the phone system, not sold as a higher analytics plan.
Keep your carrier if you need to
BYOC supports businesses with telecom relationships already in place. Or get business numbers in 93 countries with the phone system.
Where the products differ
EasyCall Cloud is built around contact-center campaigns: predictive, power and preview dialers, a built-in CRM with appointment management, call listening and contact through SMS, social and chat channels.
phone.systems™ is designed for businesses that want a flexible phone system rather than a contact-center operating model: shared numbers and departments, visual routing, analytics, usage-based AI, CRM integrations, public webhooks and BYOC.
Analytics and AI
See how calls are handled from day one. Call history, call and agent statistics (ACD, AWT, ASR), lost-call tracking, tags, notes and CSV export come with every seat. Managers see how calls are handled without buying a higher plan or an analytics add-on.
AI when a call is worth analysing. AI Call Insights add transcripts in 19 languages, summaries, sentiment, talk-to-listen ratio and scorecard-based call scoring for $0.02 per recorded minute analysed. You choose which recordings are processed, so AI is paid for by usage rather than by upgrading every seat. Inside a call flow, calls can be answered by the built-in AI Voice Agent, priced separately, or by your own AI agent connected with BYOAI.
Connectivity and integrations
Numbers and phone system on one platform. Business numbers in 93 countries come from the same platform as your PBX, with free porting in 42 countries — no separate number provider to coordinate.
Keep the carrier relationship you already have. BYOC lets existing telecom contracts, rates or infrastructure stay in place, on their own or alongside phone.systems™ numbers.
Connect your CRM, then everything else. Native integrations with major CRM platforms log calls to the customer record and open the caller's record from the app. Public webhooks send call events, transcripts and AI insights to the systems and workflows you already run.
Security and data protection
phone.systems™ offers GDPR-compliant processing and ISO/IEC 27001-certified information security management. Calls can be encrypted with TLS and SRTP, and the platform has a 99.9% uptime commitment.
EasyCall Cloud states that it processes personal data under GDPR and protects communications with SSL encryption; it does not publish an ISO certification.
