Integrations
Calls that land in your CRM and your workflows
Log calls in the CRM your team already uses, open the caller's record from the app, and send call data to your own systems with public webhooks.
Integrations in phone.systems™ connect the phone system to major CRM platforms — HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Zendesk, monday CRM, ActiveCampaign, Odoo, Freshsales, Copper and Attio — to log calls in the CRM, send call events to other systems through public webhooks, and add click-to-call in Chrome.

Send call data into your own workflows
Public webhooks connect phone.systems™ to the systems that have no native integration — a data warehouse, a ticketing tool, an internal dashboard or an automation platform.
Webhooks deliver call events to an endpoint you choose, with call information and, where available, transcripts and AI insights. Use them to update records, trigger follow-up tasks or keep reporting in one place.
How call journaling works
Connect the CRM
An administrator connects a supported CRM under Settings > CRM Integrations.
A call happens
A user makes or receives a call in the app or on a SIP device.
The call is logged
Call journaling writes the call to the CRM. In HubSpot, for example, it appears on the contact timeline, with the recording and AI insights where enabled.
For resellers and operators
Service providers that run phone.systems™ for multiple customers, including white-label setups, use the Operator API for reseller and operator automation. It is documented at doc.telecom.center and is separate from the customer integrations above.

What integrations connect
Integrations connect phone.systems™ with the tools your teams already use. The core is native integrations with major CRM platforms — HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Zendesk, monday CRM, ActiveCampaign, Odoo, Freshsales, Copper and Attio — so calls become part of the customer record. Public webhooks connect phone.systems™ to external systems and workflows, and a Chrome extension adds click-to-call. Resellers who run phone.systems™ for their own customers use the separate Operator API for reseller and operator automation.
How the integrations work
- An administrator connects the CRM under Settings > CRM Integrations.
- Calls made and received in phone.systems™ are logged to the CRM through call journaling. In HubSpot this includes timeline logging, automatic contact creation, attached recordings and AI insights.
- During a call, users open the caller's record with "View in CRM" in the phone.systems™ app.
- Users start calls from web pages with the Chrome click-to-call extension or tel: and callto: links.
- For other systems, public webhooks send call events — with call information and, where available, transcripts and AI insights — to an endpoint you choose.
For the full integration setup, see the phone.systems™ user guide. Operator API documentation for resellers is at doc.telecom.center.
Where teams use them
Integrations are useful when call activity needs to be part of the customer record — for sales teams that log every conversation, or support teams that need call context next to tickets. Combined with call recording and AI call insights, the CRM holds what was said, not only that a call happened.
Frequently asked questions
Which CRMs does phone.systems™ integrate with?
HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Zendesk, monday CRM, ActiveCampaign, Odoo, Freshsales, Copper and Attio. Other systems can receive call data through public webhooks.
Can I connect more than one CRM?
No. One CRM integration can be active per account at a time.
What is call journaling?
Call journaling logs calls made and received in phone.systems™ to the connected CRM. With HubSpot, for example, calls are logged on the timeline, unknown callers can be created as contacts, recordings are attached and AI call insights can be pushed.
Is there click-to-call?
Yes. A Chrome extension adds click-to-call to phone numbers on web pages, and tel: and callto: links open the phone.systems™ app.
Can I send call data to systems without a native integration?
Yes. Public webhooks deliver call events to an endpoint you choose, with call information and, where available, transcripts and AI insights. Resellers and operators that manage phone.systems™ for multiple customers use the separate Operator API, documented at doc.telecom.center.
